Wallet and Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All transactions initiated from your wallet
• Backing up your wallet credentials
• Protecting against unauthorized access

APEXIS cannot recover lost or stolen funds, reverse transactions, or retrieve lost private keys. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible.

Fees and Taxes

Users are responsible for:

• Network gas fees for blockchain transactions
• Protocol fees as specified (1% transaction tax)
• Any applicable taxes on cryptocurrency transactions
• Reporting cryptocurrency holdings to tax authorities

Fees are subject to change based on network conditions and protocol governance decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and branding associated with APEXIS are the property of APEXIS or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any intellectual property without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

APEXIS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of information
• We do not guarantee the security of smart contracts
• We are not responsible for third-party integrations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APEXIS shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds due to market volatility
• Smart contract vulnerabilities or bugs
• Unauthorized access to your wallet
• Network congestion or failed transactions
• Actions of third-party services or exchanges
• Regulatory changes affecting token value

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in protocol fees in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governance and Protocol Changes

APEXIS operates through decentralized governance. Token holders may vote on protocol changes, including modifications to tokenomics, features, or smart contract upgrades. By using APEXIS, you agree to be bound by governance decisions made by the community.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APEXIS, its developers, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the protocol, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against APEXIS.
